What can we say about these two lovebirds? Well let's start off by saying that we may have witnessed one of the coolest moments we have seen at any wedding. More about that later!
We started off our day at aLoft in downtown Minneapolis. Jesse and her lovely ladies were getting ready for the big day. Despite a little stress, I successfully managed to take her gorgeous gown hostage for a moment to incorporate a little splash of color. After all the girls were dolled up, we moved on over to the Mill City Museum where the days festivities were going to take place. You couldn't have gotten a more beautiful afternoon/evening for an outdoor wedding. The ceremony had a nice understated modern elegance to it. The white, platinum, and yellow colors made for a simplistic color theme that was incorporated throughout the entire event. This is where things get interesting.
Bobby was the epitome of a groom who did his best to make their wedding as memorable as possible. From helping plan and organize things, to little surprises, he definitely got things kicked off on the right foot. What Jesse didn't know was that the biggest surprise was still in store. Bobby arranged for one of their favorite local bands, Romantica, to start playing when they entered their reception, which led right into their first dance. We can honestly say that Jesse was so surprised, excited, and genuinely happy at that moment, that it will stay with us for a long time. After a night filled with great music, good food, and wonderful friendships, the couple was whisked away in my kind of style, a 7 Series BMW (nice touch Bobby)!
We wish you both the best and can't wait for you to see the rest of the images. In the meantime, here is a sneak preview, and be sure to visit the slideshow!
